About the Role:
As an End User Services Technician you will deliver exceptional technical support to end users addressing hardware and software challenges with professionalism and efficiency. You will prioritize and resolve both urgent and routine issues leveraging strong communication skills to proactively identify solutions fulfil service requests and respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and onsite technical support troubleshooting hardware software and mobile device issues for end users
- Deploy and build laptop and desktop images
- Set up conference rooms including AV VC equipment and online meeting configuration/support
- Configure and support mobile messaging
- Manage IT assets including procurement
- Deploy software using SCCM
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer issues via helpdesk email and telephone
- Establish successful long-term relationships with internal customers
- Research resolve and respond to a variety of customer inquiries
- Communicate outages and changes to stakeholders
- Liaise with local and international support groups for incident escalation request fulfilment and change management
- Identify recurring incidents and requests
- Maintain the ticketing system Service Catalogue guidelines and procedure documentation
- Contribute to the Knowledge Base and Known Error Database
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware software and mobile devices
- Experience with laptop/desktop imaging and deployment
- Familiarity with conference room AV/VC setups and online meeting support
- Knowledge of asset management and procurement processes
- Experience with SCCM software deployment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and incident management
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to enhance business processes is strongly preferred.
