W Rome SR Transient & Group Sales Manager
Job Summary
At W Rome sales is about more than driving revenue: its about building meaningful relationships unlocking opportunities and creating long-term value.
We are looking for a Senior Account Sales Manager who combines commercial instinct strategic thinking and strong relationship-building skills to grow market share and drive business across key accounts.
What youll do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned accounts to maximize transient and group revenue.
- Retain grow and penetrate existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key clients industry partners and local stakeholders.
- Lead proactive sales activities including client meetings site inspections trade shows and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing Revenue and Operations teams to align business objectives and drive results.
- Prepare proposals contracts and account plans while maintaining accurate account data and reporting.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategy.
- Deliver exceptional service at every stage of the client journey from prospecting through event execution.
Who were looking for:
- Degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in sales hospitality account management or related roles.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proactive mindset strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
