As a B2B Sales Specialist youll work closely with business clients to understand their needs enhance their digital strategies and deliver results through customized solutions. You will support clients throughout the entire sales processfrom initial outreach to onboarding and long-term growthensuring measurable success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients to build long-term partnerships
Present and promote tech products and services aligned with client objectives
Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions to boost performance
Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting qualification presentations negotiations and closing deals
Confidently address objections and identify new growth opportunities
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline providing regular updates and insights
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
Communicate with clients through phone calls emails and virtual meetings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continued client success
Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
Previous experience: in B2B Sales mandatory in tech
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
