Key Information:

• Hours: Based on a 40-hour week. (Monday-Friday) Overtime when required.
• Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
• Health benefits and vacation pay.

Job Description:

• Communicate with the Lead Workforce Coordinator regarding manpower needs.
• Pre-Screen and organize applicants in our tracking system.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate on-boarding and orientations as required.
• Track and maintain safety tickets and records of the employees.
• Coordinate and register employees into necessary training and re-certifications.
• General Administrative duties that include but may not be limited to; answering the phone directing email and onboarding documents.

Experience and Certification Requirements:

• Must have a basic understanding on computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Google drive.
• An outgoing and optimistic personality.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be willing to work overtime when necessary.
• A reliable means of transportation is required.
• Proficient English language skills required.
• A reliable means of transportation.

Education: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
