About the Role:

As a Customer Support you will be the main point of contact for customers needing help before during or after their trips. Youll use digital communication channels to respond to inquiries about bookings itinerary changes cancellations refunds and other travel-related concerns ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via chat email and online platforms regarding travel services
  • Handle bookings for flights hotels car rentals and activities including changes and cancellations
  • Provide accurate information about itineraries travel requirements baggage rules and refund policies
  • Assist with payment issues account concerns and loyalty or rewards programs
  • Recognize urgent or complex situations (such as delays or missed connections) and escalate appropriately
  • Record all customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality support
  • Achieve performance targets related to service standards and response times
  • Stay informed about updates in travel policies destinations tools and procedures

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Croatian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
