Job Summary
Position Overview
Seeking a detailoriented Accounting Assistant with experience in SAP/ERP systems bookkeeping and exposure to banking treasury tax and sales/customer accounting functions. This role supports the accounting department with daily financial tasks and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations and financial recordkeeping
- Perform bookkeeping tasks including AP/AR reconciliations and journal entries
- Work within SAP or other ERP systems for data entry and reporting
- Support banking and treasury activities including transaction tracking
- Assist with taxrelated documentation and compliance tasks
- Provide support to sales and customer accounting functions
- Prepare reports maintain files and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Collaborate with supervisors and crossfunctional teams
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems
- Strong bookkeeping background
- Exposure to banking treasury tax and sales/customer accounting
- Prior supervisor support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Excel and general office software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
