As a key member of our multidisciplinary team you will assess patient needs develop individualized treatment strategies and ensure compliance with state regulations. Responsibilities & Duties:
- Patient Advocacy: Support patients in incorporating medical marijuana into their treatment plans.
- Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of patients for the medical cannabis program.
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise and up-to-date notes and medical records using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Requirements:
- Licensing: Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license to practice in Delaware. Preferably already Cannabis certified in Delaware.
- Certification: DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) and Controlled Substance License.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using technology specifically our in-house EMR system (training will be provided).
