Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction

- Utilize basic computer systems for tracking and documentation
Minimum Requirements / Skills
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience in call center or inbound support environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good phone etiquette and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Medical office experience preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
