Now Hiring: 1st Shift Warehouse Associate

Pay: $18.00/hour

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our 1st shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a safety-first mindset to play a critical role in warehouse operations and inventory support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sorting stacking cleaning washing stocking and inspection of cartons pallets or parts.

• Assist in filling and packaging orders while completing associated paperwork accurately.

• Operate cranes forklifts and material handling equipment to move and deliver stock.

• Support machine operators with tasks needed to maintain production flow.

• Carry out general clean-up duties to maintain a safe organized workspace.

• Ensure all equipment remains in working condition and report issues immediately.

• Train new employees as assigned.

• Participate in and support all safety health quality and Lean initiatives.

• Work directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.

• Uphold and demonstrate TKMNA Employee Attributes and Competencies.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read write and perform basic math functions

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Basic computer skills

• Familiarity with scanning technology

• Strong commitment to safety

• Previous warehouse experience

• Ability to use handheld measuring tools

• Computer proficiency beyond the basic level
