Shift & Schedule

Shift: 2nd
Hours: Monday through Thursday 7pm-4am Friday 7pm-11pm
Weekend availability: Required as needed

Core Accountabilities (What Youll be Doing)

Perform advanced preventive corrective and emergency maintenance on bakery equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic PLC and control systems to ensure operational reliability
Install overhaul test and validate equipment to maintain optimal performance
Manage work orders prioritize tasks and document all maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance system
Coordinate with planners supervisors and parts personnel to ensure timely access to materials and accurate followup actions
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance reliability and safety
Comply with GMPs safety procedures and regulatory requirements across all maintenance work
