Job Summary

We are hiring Spotters for a short-term night shift project in Riverdale this role you will support technicians by maintaining a safe work environment while they operate lifts and perform elevated tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who are alert dependable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

Act as a safety observer while technicians operate lifts or work at heights
Monitor surroundings to prevent hazards and ensure safe operations
Communicate clearly with technicians and crew members
Assist with additional site duties as needed
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

Must provide your own PPE:
- Class E rated hard hat
- Safety-toe boots
- Safety glasses
- High-visibility vest or shirt
Ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM 6 AM)
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable transportation to job site
Excellent attendance is required

Important Notes

No travel or per diem offered
Attendance is criticalexcessive or unexcused absences may result in replacement
