We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages maintaining a clean and inviting café environment and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting will be essential to your success in this role.
What Youll Do
Prepare and serve coffee and beverages
Deliver excellent customer service and actively engage with guests
Use sales skills to recommend products upsell and drive store sales
Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
Assist with food preparation and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety standards
What Were Looking For
Coffee shop experience is a plus but not required
Strong sales and customer engagement skills (required)
Reliable positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
Weekend availability required
Skills Required:
Previous barista experience or experience in the food service industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy café setting.
Basic math skills for cash handling sales transactions and retail math applications.
Knowledge of food safety practices related to food preparation and handling is essential.
Ability to work flexible hours including mornings evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
