We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to:
- Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families.
- Coordinate specialized multi-disciplinary patient care by utilizing specialty knowledge of the Osteoporosis Clinic- Adult patient population
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Masters Degree in Nursing Social Work Public Health Healthcare Administration or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required
- 1 year of relevant experience in the specific patient population being supported Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire Required
- Applicable Oncology certification based on patient population Preferred
