We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to:

• Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families.
• Coordinate specialized multi-disciplinary patient care by utilizing specialty knowledge of the Osteoporosis Clinic- Adult patient population
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
