What Training Looks Like:
- Fully paid 46 week program
- One-on-one time with an experienced mentor on real loads
- Covers everything from pre-trip inspections to ELD compliance
- You earn weekly pay the entire time
- Transition to $0.56 CPM solo after finishing
The Job:
- Dry van no-touch freight
- Heavy drop and hook around 60%
- miles weekly
- Eastern routes with predictable dispatch
Earnings:
- $0.56$0.65 CPM
- Typical weekly take-home $1200$1500
- Extra pay for stops layovers breakdowns
- Pay goes up at six months
- $300 for orientation
- Direct deposit weekly
Home Time:
- Planned home time every two weeks
Truck:
- Late-model Freightliner or Kenworth ()
- APUs on every unit
