Job Summary

Driving out of Mobile AL American Driver is expanding its OTR fleet and has open positions for entry level Class A drivers on Eastern routes.

Mobiles location on the Gulf Coast puts you right at the start of some of the most consistent freight lanes in the Southeast. Paid training included no experience needed to get started.

What Training Looks Like:

Fully paid 46 week program
One-on-one time with an experienced mentor on real loads
Covers everything from pre-trip inspections to ELD compliance
You earn weekly pay the entire time
Transition to $0.56 CPM solo after finishing

The Job:

Dry van no-touch freight
Heavy drop and hook around 60%
miles weekly
Eastern routes with predictable dispatch

Earnings:

$0.56$0.65 CPM
Typical weekly take-home $1200$1500
Extra pay for stops layovers breakdowns
Pay goes up at six months
$300 for orientation
Direct deposit weekly

Home Time:

Planned home time every two weeks

Truck:

Late-model Freightliner or Kenworth ()
APUs on every unit

To Qualify:

Valid Class A CDL 21 or older
Graduates of an accredited CDL program with at least 120 hours of instruction are eligible for our paid training program
