Job Summary

Just got your CDL American Driver is hiring recent CDL Class A graduates based in Hammond LA to join our OTR fleet running east of I-35.

Well get you on the road with a paid training program and a dedicated mentor. After training drivers typically run miles and earn between $1200 and $1500 weekly.

Training Program

46 weeks with a dedicated mentor
Fully paid no cost to you
Focus on real routes safety inspections and day-to-day operations
Guaranteed weekly pay during training
After training transition to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM

Dry van freight with no-touch loads
About 60% drop and hook to keep you moving
Consistent miles and minimal downtime
Day and night runs depending on dispatch

Pay & Weekly Output

$0.56$0.65 CPM based on experience
Weekly earnings usually fall between $1200$1500
Average miles per week
Additional pay for stops layovers and breakdowns
Pay increases every six months
Weekly direct deposit
$300 paid orientation

Home Time

Home every two weeks on a consistent and planned schedule

What You Need

Must be at least 21 with a valid Class A CDL
Open to recent CDL holders
