Job Summary
American Driver is seeking Entry Level Class A Regional Truck Drivers based in Conway AR for its Eastern Seaboard regional fleet. This role provides structured paid training and routes designed for a weekly home reset using modern equipment and drop & hook dry van freight.
Compensation and key details:
- Pay: $1200$1500 weekly via direct deposit
- Regional routes with weekly home time
- Drop & Hook dry van freight
- Fully loaded late-model tractors
- Paid orientation and instructor-led training including behind-the-wheel mentorship
Primary responsibilities:
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic daily vehicle maintenance checks
- Execute drop & hook freight assignments efficiently and maintain accurate delivery records
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and loads
- Complete required training and mentoring activities to develop safe compliant driving skills
Minimum qualifications:
- Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Must meet company hiring and DOT requirements
- Completion of at least 120 hours of commercial driving school instruction
