Job Description:
Position Summary
The Civil Engineering Project Manager (Land Development) will lead design teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality site and residential development projects. This role is responsible for technical leadership project execution client satisfaction and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site development and residential land development projects
- Direct internal design teams and subconsultants
- Develop scopes cost proposals and negotiate contracts
- Manage project budgets schedules and resources
- Maintain and grow client relationships
- Supervise mentor and develop engineering staff
- Ensure QA/QC and technical accuracy throughout projects
- Apply strong civil engineering and technical expertise
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D in project delivery
- Manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- 8 years of relevant land development experience
- Arizona PE license or ability to obtain within 3 months
- Proven client relationship and contract negotiation experience
- Strong ability to manage technical teams and projects
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong organizational leadership and communication skills
