HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting (2) seasoned highly skilled OBGYN Physicians to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level clinical role.

This position requires a provider who is clinically confident capable of managing both routine and high-risk cases and experienced across the full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care.

HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across outpatient and inpatient settings
• Manage prenatal care including high-risk pregnancies and complex cases
• Perform deliveries and gynecologic surgical procedures
• Conduct hospital rounding and post-operative care management
• Participate in call rotation and ensure continuity of patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to maintain high standards of care
• Educate patients on preventive care treatment plans and long-term health outcomes
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN)
• Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Demonstrated experience managing high-risk obstetric patients
• Proven surgical experience in gynecologic procedures
• Ability to participate in hospital call schedule (up to 10 days/month)
• Strong communication skills with both patients and clinical teams
• Stable and consistent employment history in clinical practice
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Experience in high-volume delivery environments
• Background in community-based or mission-driven healthcare settings
• Ability to balance clinic hospital rounding and surgical responsibilities
• Experience interpreting or reviewing ultrasound imaging
• Comfort operating in both full-time and part-time clinical models

• Jumpy or unstable employment history
• Lack of board certification in OBGYN
• No experience managing high-risk obstetric cases
• Limited or no surgical experience in gynecology
• Inability to participate in call coverage requirements
• Poor collaboration or communication in team-based environments

HireNow Package

• Salary: $310000 $375000 base
• Location: Onsite in Mesa
• Schedule:
  • 34 days clinic
  • 12 days hospital rounding
  • 2448 hours off post-call
• Compensation Enhancements:
  • $35000 annual bonus for ultrasound reading
  • Additional $1600/month for 10 call days
  • $10000 relocation assistance
