Job Summary
We are seeking a Remote Travel Representative to support clients before during and after their this fully remote role you will assist with travel-related requests provide customer support and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for each traveler.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email phone and messaging platforms
- Assist with reservation updates itinerary changes and general travel inquiries
- Provide accurate information about destinations travel requirements and procedures
- Confirm travel details and follow up with clients prior to departure
- Address client concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred (hospitality or travel is a plus not required)
- Organized and comfortable handling multiple requests
- Able to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Interest in travel and helping others
