Schedule: Flexible scheduling within 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

What Youll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs

• Deliver parent/caregiver training and collaboration

• Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments

• Work closely with a small supportive clinical team

What You Bring

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification

• Active LBA in Illinois (preferred)

• Passion for child-centered compassionate ABA

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with early intervention preferred

• Ability to pass a background check (as required by funding sources)

• Active CPR certification (or willingness to obtain support provided)

• Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate patient and committed to client-centered care
