This is a settlement-only seat. No trial work no courtroom no litigation strategy. Just demand-to-disbursement case after case with full ownership of your pipeline.

THE ROLE

- Negotiate with US insurance adjusters by phone and in writing on auto accident PI cases.

- Build demand packages from medical records bills and liability documentation.

- Negotiate lien and medical bill reductions to grow client net recovery.

- Manage your active caseload through the pre-litigation pipeline without prompting.

- Maintain accurate documentation in NEOS or equivalent.

- Research insurance coverage policy limits state statutes and lien doctrines as needed.

- Use AI tools to accelerate drafting and record summaries.

OUTPUT EXPECTATIONS

- Every active case is touched at least once per week.

- Demand packages drafted within 14 days of medical records being complete.

- Lien reductions pursued on every case with a lien target reduction rate defined at offer.

- Settlement files driven to resolution as fast as the carrier will move.

THE WORKFLOW

Phone-first work. Most negotiation happens by voice with adjusters who try to wear you down. Tools we use: NEOS (case management) Microsoft Office AI tools (ChatGPT Claude or equivalent). Lean team you report directly to the founder.

YOULL BE A STRONG FIT IF...

• You dont accept the first number. You push back hold the line and know exactly when youve moved them as far as theyll go.
• You catch what other people miss the bill error the lien-letter loophole the policy declaration that opens up coverage.
• You run your caseload without anyone reminding you whats next. The pipeline moves because you make it move.
• You already use AI in your daily work drafting summarizing organizing and you bring that into every case.

MUST-HAVES

- C1 English fluency verbal and written.

- 3 years in negotiation legal claims or medical billing.

- Background in one of: licensed attorney (US bar or Mexico cédula) high-level paralegal medical claims/billing/lien negotiation or insurance adjuster (auto/PI).

- Direct dominant communication style comfortable pushing back on lowball offers under pressure.

- Detail-oriented and proactive own your pipeline drive cases without prompting.

- Active use of AI tools in your professional workflow (ChatGPT Claude or similar).

- Pre-litigation orientation - built for negotiation and settlement not trial.

NICE-TO-HAVES

- Licensed attorney - active US state bar admission or Mexico cédula profesional in law.

- Direct personal injury and/or automobile accident case experience.

- NEOS case management software experience.

- Medical lien reduction or medical billing negotiation experience.

- Prior carrier-side insurance adjuster experience (auto or PI lines).

- Native or bilingual Spanish English.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Compensation: $3500 USD per month base performance bonus up to $4000 USD per month (total potential $7500 USD per month). Bonus tied to settlements closed and dollars recovered defined at offer.

- Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week. Core hours aligned to US Central Standard Time

- Team: Work directly with the founder. Lean high-ownership team you bring your expertise not just execute instructions.

- Growth: Own more of the negotiation function as you prove out with potential to lead a small team as the firm scales.
