Airport Cashier

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Airport Cashier to join our team. As an Airport Cashier you will be responsible for handling all financial transactions at the airport including ticket sales currency exchange and other cash transactions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process ticket sales and other transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle currency exchange and maintain accurate records of all transactions - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation - Keep up-to-date with airport policies and procedures and communicate any changes to customers - Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred - Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances - Knowledge of foreign currencies and experience with currency exchange is a plus If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
