IT Support Technician
Location: Oud Gastel Netherlands

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to end users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues support day-to-day IT operations and ensure systems run smoothly across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users (in-person phone or email)
- Install configure and maintain computers printers and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
- Manage user accounts passwords and access rights
- Support operating systems such as Windows and macOS
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees (device setup access provisioning)
- Maintain IT documentation and update support tickets
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Ensure security best practices are followed (updates antivirus backups)
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware software and networking
- Familiarity with Windows OS (macOS/Linux is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certification (e.g. CompTIA A) is a plus
Preferred Experience
- 13 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira)
- Exposure to Active Directory or similar user management tools
