Job Summary

If you love people love being at a retreat center surrounded by nature and youre looking for a meaningful place to volunteer your time this is the role for are seeking friendly volunteers to staff our beautiful new front desk!Duties include:Welcoming guests upon arrival and entry to buildingPointing guests in the right direction for meeting spaces restrooms lodging diningAnswering basic questions about the grounds and facilitiesTaking comments and concerns and forwarding them to appropriate staffTaking gift shop ordersEncouraging guests to take our guest surveyThanking guests upon check-outThis role is perfect for: Students earning volunteer hours or interested in the hospitality field remote workers and self-employed folks who want a fun workplace away from home retirees looking for meaningful social will be downtime to study work on other jobs/projects read etc. Note this is an unpaid volunteer hours built around your life schedule earn rewards like overnight stays meals swag etc. (Note: our holiday retreats sell out and are not included in volunteer perks program.)
