Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality patient care across all age groups. This role involves delivering both critical and non-critical respiratory care using a variety of invasive and non-invasive cardiopulmonary techniques in inpatient and outpatient settings. Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and evaluate response to respiratory care treatments
Administer and monitor therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory procedures
Perform invasive and non-invasive cardiopulmonary interventions
Accurately document patient care activities in medical records
Educate patients and families on disease management and home care techniques
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans
Precept and train students and new staff as needed
Participate in departmental meetings training sessions and competency programs
Take on charge or team lead responsibilities when required
