Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services is looking for an Operations Director (Digital & Analytics). This Director is set to join the team located in San Antonio TX.
Position Responsibilities:
Site Leader for Commercial Modification Site (CMC - Victorville) including modifications ground and flight operations maintenance coordination safety and regulatory compliance and operation performance
Responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of San AntonioBusiness Integration Office of nine (9) programs onsite (BGS BDS & BCA)
Lead Quality Operations & Execution for Digital and Analytics strategy and initiatives to improve standard work and MROs Transformation to drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency reduce costs and improve on-time delivery and reliability by reshaping how maintenance decisions supply chains and operational performance are driven
Define and lead the digital and data strategy for MROs by establishing a data-driven maintenance vision and procedures (predictive condition-based reliability-centered) from an operations perspective.
Align digital initiatives with business KPIs leverage maintenance best practices
Build and govern the data foundation to integrate fragmented systems (ERP OEM data etc.)
Established data governance frameworks (quality ownership standards and requirements)
Deploy Advanced Analytics and AI use cases around predictive maintenance models prescriptive analytics and inventory optimization
Digitize maintenance execution by replacing paper-based to enable mobile tools for technicians
Lead change management and upskilling
Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment
Lead BGS Technical Training across QO&E Lead LEAN EI FOD initiatives for San Antonio Site and CMC
Ensure robust contingency planning and disruption management processes to maintain service levels during irregular operations
Responsible for and champion safety management systems and a strong safety culture across all operational units.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a senior leader or senior manager
Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations and/or manufacturing processes
Minimum 5 years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
Minimum 5 years of experience using critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape strategy
Minimum 5 years of experience working in a government Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Lean Manufacturing
Experience managing customer and supplier relationships
Ability to build an environment of engagement transparency and trust
Experience developing and motivating employees mid-level and senior level managers
Experience managing mid-level and senior managers
A strong natural leadership style that moves people to act motivates and inspires excellence and innovation
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets goals and strong skills in program execution to schedule and budget.
