Role:

The HR Generalist supports core Human Resources operations with a primary focus on talent acquisition onboarding employee experience and employee relations. This role serves as a backup for payroll processing supports compliance and audit readiness and helps execute HR programs that drive engagement retention and organizational position plays a key role in delivering a consistent compliant and employee-centered HR experience across the organization.

Work Location:

This is an onsite position. Occasional remote work may be available for select positions and is subject to prior approval by management.

What youll bring along:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 13 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a generalist or high-volume recruiting role
• Experience in a regulated environment (financial services banking or similar) preferred
• Strong understanding of HR fundamentals including recruiting employee relations and compliance
• Working knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels
• Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Must be bondable
