Position overview
The Senior Director Pastry & 7Days will lead the End-to-End Pastry business ($900MM NR) and Global 7Days Brand propelling it towards the ambitious Global Vision of $1.5Bn Net Revenue in 2030. This role combines Business P&L Brand and Organization responsibility. You are leading the multi-functional Pastry team with four direct reports and will develop and align End-to-End strategies and plans to maximize sufficiency short- mid- and long-term. Furthermore you are the leader of the Global 7Days Brand Equity Portfolio Innovation Communication and this role you will closely partner with a broad range of senior stakeholders locally (incl. Commercial Unit Managing Directors & Marketing Directors) regionally (incl. Supply Chain R&D Sales Insights & Analytics leaders) globally (incl. CMO Category VP roll-out BU leadership teams) and externally (as owner of the Agency relationships). Under your leadership you will elevate the long-term business model unlocking new Vectors of Growth and whitespace opportunities.

Qualifications
Extensive and proven experience in:
High-level End-to-End Marketing: Brand Commercial Innovation Digital
Global and/or Regional leadership CEE a plus
P&L responsibility
Cross-functional leadership
Food experience a plus
