Join Our Team Where Creativity Meets Commercial Impact

We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Marine Ballycastle. This is a hands-on role where youll shape how the hotel is positioned in the market driving awareness bookings and revenue across rooms food & beverage and events.

Youll work closely with the General Manager and wider team to deliver impactful campaigns and elevate the hotels presence locally and beyond.

What Youll Do

• Develop and deliver a clear marketing strategy aligned to business goals
• Identify and target key markets including leisure weddings and corporate
• Manage and optimise the hotel website ensuring engaging and SEO-led content
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media Google Ads and email marketing
• Create compelling content including copy imagery and video
• Maintain strong brand consistency across all channels
• Manage PR activity media relationships and influencer partnerships
• Support revenue and sales activity through promotions packages and campaigns
• Track performance analyse results and optimise ROI
• Promote hotel events weddings and local partnerships

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in a marketing role ideally within hospitality
• Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO PPC social media email)
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse and act on data
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
