Full-Time Gate Attendant

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Gate Attendant to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for all visitors residents and vendors entering our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining security protocols managing access control and ensuring smooth traffic flow while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills technical proficiency in data management systems and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities

Access Control & Security

• Monitor and control all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering and exiting the facility premises
• Verify identification credentials of visitors contractors and delivery personnel before granting access
• Issue temporary access passes and maintain accurate visitor logs throughout each shift
• Enforce facility security policies and procedures consistently and professionally
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles when required by security protocols
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergency situations following established procedures
• Monitor surveillance camera systems and report any suspicious activities to management
• Coordinate with security personnel and law enforcement when necessary

Data Entry & Record Management

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all daily gate activities using spreadsheet software
• Perform detailed data entry tasks including visitor information vehicle details time stamps and purpose of visits
• Generate daily weekly and monthly reports summarizing gate traffic and security incidents
• Update and maintain digital databases containing resident employee and authorized vendor information
• Create and manage spreadsheets tracking parking permits access credentials and visitor patterns
