REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)

RISE has supported individuals and families since 1987. Our Clinic ABA Team delivers high-quality behavioral services in a structured supportive learning environment. We are expanding and looking for a mission-driven RBT who wants strong supervision hands-on experience and meaningful work helping young learners build foundational skills.
RISE Pediatric Therapies places the client experience at the center of everything we do. Our mission is to serve families and create a strong consistent system of support. The RBT works under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA and has access to a Senior Behavior Analyst for additional clinical guidance.

What You Will Do
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct ABA services in a clinic-based early intervention setting
- Collect accurate real-time data using the companys electronic platform
- Support caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
- Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
- Participate in team meetings and clinical training sessions
What Were Looking For
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing or willing to obtain
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Professional organized and dependable
- Comfortable working in a structured clinic environment
- Ability to pass a background check
- Current CPR and First Aid or willing to obtain
- Ability to move including kneeling sitting standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
