Schedule:

• Night Shift
• 3x12 Hour Shifts
• 6:30 PM 7:00 AM
• Weekends as required
• Floating to nearby facilities may be required

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a travel assignment in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience and the ability to provide high-quality respiratory care across a variety of patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions
• Administer oxygen therapy aerosol treatments and ventilator support
• Monitor and evaluate patient respiratory status responding promptly to changes
• Operate maintain and troubleshoot respiratory therapy equipment
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary teams
• Accurately document patient care treatments and clinical outcomes
• Float between units or affiliated facilities as needed
• Adhere to facility protocols including weekend and additional shift coverage

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapy experience
• Strong background in acute care/hospital settings
• Ability to work independently in a high-acuity fast-paced environment
• Complete and accurate work history required at time of submission
• All scheduling requests must be disclosed during submission/interview

Licensure & Certifications

• CRT or RRT credential required
• NBRC Certification required
• BLS Certification required
• Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist License required at time of submission
• All certifications must be current and submitted with application
