Sourcing Specialist

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Managementor equivalent experience
• 3 years experiencepurchasingmaterials
• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office including Word ExcelPowerPointand Outlook
• Familiarity with AssentEcovadisJagger and MRP/ERPsoftwarea plus.

• Identify evaluateand qualify new suppliers through market research benchmarking and RFx processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
• Leadsupplier negotiationstoensurecostdeliveryqualityand specification targetsare met.
• Maintain and manage supplier relationships to ensure reliability quality and performance.
• Collaborate with sourcingleadtoconductRFQs and analyze supplier quotationsutilizingLegrand LCC tool.
• Collaborate withsourcingleadtoevaluatesupply chain risks anddevelopmitigation plans.
• Collaboratewith crossfunctional teamsincluding product development engineeringfinanceoperationsqualitysitesourcing and supply chain(purchasing)to implement supplier strategies that support the product lifecycle and minimize supply risks.
• Collaborate with DPC and LNCA CSRteamsand stay informed on evolvingcomplianceregulations (e.g. PFAS ESG ethical sourcing) and ensure supplier adherence.
• Review and verify supplier material declarations including chemical composition and compliance with REACH RoHS and other applicable regulations. Maintainaccuratecompliance data in the ERP systemfor new products.
• Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs such as on-time delivery quality responsiveness CRS and cost.
• Support supplier contractactivities (draft review execution).
• Lead part approval coordinating qualityinspectionsand securing approval from operations qualityand engineering.
• Conduct other tasks applicable to sourcing as needed

• Ability to travel both domestic and international 10 - 15%

• Primary environment: ambient room temperatures lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
• The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areaswhere undercertain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and mandatory hearing protection.
• Regularly required to stand; walk and communicate with others
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time; ability to fly for extended periods of time
• Able to lift and carry up to 25lbs
