Analyst Trade Finance Solutions (TFS)

As an Analyst in Trade Finance Solutions (TFS) you will play a central role in shaping and executing some of the most advanced and innovative trade finance structures in the commodity industry. Working within our Structuring & Insurance (S&I) team you will partner with global commercial teams to design financial products structure bespoke solutions and support Bunges access to credit insurance across key markets.

This position is perfect for candidates with experience intrade finance credit insurance structured finance or commodity finance who are ready for a broader more creative and commercially impactful role. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Legal Tax Compliance Risk Controlling and commercial teamsgiving you high visibility and the opportunity to influence how we operate globally.

What You Will Do

Structuring & Product Development

• Collaborate with Global TFS Commercial Teams to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing structures (e.g. new jurisdictions regulations counterparties).
• Ensure all structures and products remain aligned with TFS principles: true sale/de-recognition tax efficiency low legal/regulatory risk.
• Drive internal approval processes across central functions.
• Maintain and enhance a library of term sheets product documentation and approvals.

Credit Insurance

• Support commercial teams in securing single-risk credit insurance capacity.
• Build strong relationships with Bunges exclusive broker and underwriters.
• Maintain policy wording libraries indicative capacity data and quote benchmarks.
• Manage the end-to-end insurance submission process including monitoring hit ratios and response timelines.
• Support binding processes and coordinate claim handling with relevant functions.

What You Bring

• At least a few years of experience in trade finance structured finance credit insurance or commodity finance.
• We have a strong preference for experience directly linked to the commodity sector whether through financing commodity flows structuring commodity-backed products or working in a trading environment.
• Solid technical understanding of instruments such as letters of credit prepayments receivables inventory financing and commodity finance structures.
• Familiarity with credit insurance or single-risk policies is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing transactions and improving deal structures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with stakeholders across multiple functions.
• A dynamic curious and proactive mindsetable to navigate complexity handle pressure and drive outcomes.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic Mandarin Spanish/Portuguese) are a plus due to our global portfolio.
