.The AF Pricing & Tender Management Operations Associate ensures that the strategies for the growth of the Air product in the country are executed in a timely and correct manner thereby contributing to the closing of a greater volume of business derived from tenders and quotations to achieve greater efficiency and productivity of the product.
About the Job
Processing of air freight orders (export/import/cross-trade) from quotation preparation to invoicing
Accurate file management including cost control in accordance with internal guidelines
Sales activities (primarily office-based handling incoming enquiries and tenders from both customers and overseas organizations)
Communication with customers airlines authorities branches and partners worldwide
Preparing and checking transport documents
Handling DGR (dangerous goods) shipments
Monitoring and ensuring on-time deliveries
Handling complaints and claims
Supporting process optimization
Promoting operational excellence and best-in-class services
About You
Completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics
Solid professional experience in the field of air freight is desirable
Eagerness to learn new things
Customer-focused mindset and approach
Strong commitment to quality
Good written and spoken English; any additional languages are an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel
Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
