At Milestone we are looking for aPricing Analystto play a critical role in protecting our margins and ensuring we win therightdeals at therightprice.

You will act as a key gatekeeper in our deal approval process-partnering closely with regional sales leadership and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to ensure that pricing decisions are consistent data-driven and aligned with our long-term strategy.

This is a high-impact role with visibility across the global sales organization and direct exposure to executive decision-making.

Your role

Your primary responsibility will be toreview and challenge pricing and discount requestsfrom the sales organization before final approval.

You will ensure that:

  • Pricing aligns with historical deals and agreed discount frameworks
  • We avoid unnecessary margin erosion
  • Only well-justified high-quality requests reach the CRO

Over time you will build strong commercial judgment and play a more proactive role inchallenging discount levels and influencing deal outcomes globally.

In addition you will work with data to identify opportunities to improve pricing margins and overall commercial performance-presenting insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and validate pricing and discount requests across regions
  • Benchmark deals against historical data pricing structures and margin targets
  • Act as aquality assurance and governance layerbefore CRO approval
  • Confidentlychallenge and push backon deals that do not meet our standards
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to improve pricing decisions and consistency
  • Build insights and analyses to identifymargin improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to the evolution of pricing models frameworks and best practices

  • Clear actionable insights delivered to executive stakeholders

How we see you

You are someone who combines analytical strength with commercial confidence. You are not afraid to ask tough questions and stand your ground when needed.

You likely:

  • Think in terms ofbusiness impact not just analysis
  • Are structured detail-oriented and able to handle high volumes of requests
  • Can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Are comfortablechallenging senior stakeholders constructively
  • Communicate clearly and confidently both in writing and verbally
  • Are proactive curious and take ownership of your work

Your background

  • 25 years of experience in roles such as business analyst commercial analyst consulting or similar
  • Experience working with data to support decision-making
  • Strong academic background (e.g. MSc in Economics Business Finance or similar)
  • Experience with pricing sales operations or commercial strategy is a plus-but not required

You will join a truly globalLearning & Sales Enablementteam with colleagues based in Australia Singapore Bulgaria Denmark the United States and Brazil.

The role is based at our HQ in Brøndby Copenhagen.
