About the role Mō te tūranga mahi
We are seeking an experienced and capable people leader who is ready to step into a dynamic fastpaced environment and make a meaningful impact. As a Team Leader within Assisted Recovery you will lead a team of Recovery Assistants to support clients through their rehabilitation journey. You will set clear expectations coach for performance and wellbeing and create an environment where people feel empowered to do their best work.
You will take a proactive role in identifying opportunities to lift performance and improve ways of working use data insight and feedback to inform decisions and priorities and contribute as a trusted member of the wider leadership team. Your leadership will directly support better recovery outcomes for clients and strengthen service delivery across Assisted Recovery.
Were seeking a dedicated Team Leader: Assisted Recovery to join our dynamic team. Youll play a pivotal role in leading people improving performance and supporting clients through their recovery journey contributing to keeping Kiwis safe at work at home and everywhere in between.
This role may be positioned within either the mental injury or physical injury space with the final placement determined by the skills experience and strengths of the appointed candidate.
The appointing salary for this role is $101287 $131077 based on experience and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. - Proven people leadership experience and/or experience within client recovery rehabilitation or similar service environments
- A track record of building highperforming engaged teams through coaching trust and clear accountability
- Confidence using data and insights to guide decisionmaking and lift performance
- Strong interpersonal skills sound judgement and resilience in complex or changing environments
- A collaborative leadership style and the ability to positively influence others across teams and functions
- A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement for yourself and others
- You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application
