RN Clinical Educator

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Educator for our Tucson Skilled Nursing office.

Clinical Educatorsat BAYADA assist field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Youll be accountable for evaluating and developing field staff. Focused on the clinical competency of your staff as well as creating a warm organized and welcoming office grounded in customer service youll set the tone for your teams success.

Qualifications include:

• Current Arizona RN license in good standing for a minimum of 2 years
• BSN/MSN preferred and highly desired
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
• Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
• Solid communication and PC skills
• Must have at least one year of community health public health or home care experience.
• Experience facilitating training and educational sessions/classes and serve as a mentor
• Able to continuously improve and adapt curriculum depending on educational needs

If youre a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills this could be your dream job!

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  
• Supervisory experience a plus
• Participate in on-call rotations with additional weekly pay.
