Job Summary
Title: HR/Benefits Manager
Location: Orofino Idaho
Duration: 26 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8
Responsibilities:The HR/Benefits Manager will oversee human resources and benefits administration in a hybrid remote and in-person setting at a Critical Access Hospital. Responsibilities include managing employee benefits programs ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations and supporting recruitment and retention efforts. The role involves collaborating with leadership on HR strategy handling employee relations and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
Required Education:High school diploma minimum
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in HR and benefits management preferred
- Hospital or healthcare setting experience preferred
