Job Summary

National Sales Manager Guarding Division Fidelity Security Services

A position exists for a National Sales Manager positioned at Helderkruin Head Office reporting to the Group Executive New Business Development. The overall purpose of this position is to seek new business through networks forge and sustain good relations with clients as well as maintain and grow own existing client base by offering a complete end-to-end integrated risk mitigation solution. The incumbents role would be to design cost propose and present complex integrated security solutions to both existing and new clients which represents the full spectrum of not only the Commercial offering but also the Groups offering.

Together with the above the successful incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a national sales team.

Experience Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience in sales in a similar position.
  • Sales Marketing or Management diploma or equivalent qualifications.
  • Must be professional and well presented at all times.
  • Capable of working under pressure and for extended hours if required.
  • Full competence in the use and application of the MS Office suite programs.
  • Previous experience in the security industry would be a distinct advantage.
  • Should be prepared to travel and own reliable means of transport essential.
  • No criminal record or any pending cases.
  • PSIRA Registered and Accredited - Advantageous

  • Accountability for growth of an area and proactively increasing turnover.
  • Securing profitable new business through cold calling and other appropriate means.
  • Attending to potential clients in different areas of responsibility.
  • Addressing and resolving clients queries promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Physically conducting site surveys for security requirements and preparing proposals.
  • Ensuring that quotations are submitted timeously to clients.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
  • Planning budgeting coordinating and attending to clients needs.
  • Assisting with marketing related issues for the area.
  • Compiling and submitting weekly and monthly management reports.
