Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Solution Lead (Front-End Machine Order Management) to join our Front-End Order Management -CAT IT Division.
The Incumbent would provide deep technical and business domain expertise to lead complex technology initiatives that support business objectives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and senior IT leadership to design evaluate and implement technology solutions that are compliant with enterprise standards and processes.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore KA-India
What you will do
- Lead and participate in workshops to validate business requirements for the Order Navigation Experience (deployed on SAP commerce platform) ERP touchpoints and dealerfacing solutions.
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose technology solutions and supporting business cases.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on complex technology topics advising customers and teams on solution approaches and tradeoffs.
- Lead the design testing and implementation of technology solutions and initiatives collaborating with cross-functional and senior IT leaders.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture security and application delivery standards.
- Guide planning activities across operational tactical and strategic horizons to support business and technology roadmaps.
What you will have
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive experience working with core enterprise application systems and integrations.
- Proven ability to lead technology initiatives through the full delivery lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis and solution evaluation.
- This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to tactical and strategic technology plans.
- Working knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts and modeling techniques.
- Experience leading or advising system and technology integration efforts.
- Familiarity with information security principles and technologies.
- 8 years of progressive IT experience in application/API development and/or application/API support.
- 8 years of experience with commerce platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris.
- 8 years of integration experience using ETL or connectivity tools (e.g. DataStage IIB SnapLogic Sterling Integrator Datapower Apigee).

Information Security Technologies: Knowledge of technologies and technology-based solutions dealing with information security issues; ability to protect information security across the organization using encryption technologies and appropriate security software.

Discusses why both user-IDs and passwords are required to manage access.
