Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil and Infra Engineer to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department you will lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects ensuring their successful execution from conception to completion.
- Manage and direct large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects throughout all phases of development
- Develop and review detailed engineering designs calculations and specifications for various infrastructure systems
- Conduct site investigations feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects contractors and government agencies
- Ensure compliance with local building codes safety standards and environmental regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present comprehensive technical reports and project updates to stakeholders
- Optimize project costs schedules and resources while maintaining high-quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends innovative technologies and best practices in civil and infrastructure engineering
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required; Masters degree preferred
- Professional Engineering (PE) license; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
- Advanced knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Civil 3D) and structural analysis and design software
- Strong skills in project management tools and methodologies
- Expertise in infrastructure development structural engineering transportation systems and water resources management
- Experience in conducting environmental impact assessments
- Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
