Your Mission

Build the investor-facing foundation required for capital and strategic opportunities including:

• Materials

• Data rooms

• Financial narrative

• Diligence structure

Core Responsibilities

You will take ownership of:

• Creating investor decks one-pagers company profiles and financial summaries

• Building and maintaining a structured audit-ready data room

• Preparing investor updates meeting briefs and diligence responses

• Coordinating with finance legal sales and operations to validate information

• Translating business complexity into a clear credible growth story

• Supporting capital raises M&A partnerships and strategic finance processes

First 90 Days

• Audit existing investor materials and identify gaps

• Build initial data room structure and a missing-document tracker

• Create or upgrade the core investor deck and group narrative

• Establish a recurring investor update format tied to KPIs and milestones

KPI Framework
