We are looking for a Tweens&Teens Coordinator to join our school in Palma de Mallorca.
If you have experience as an academic coordinator or teacher in Kids&Us you could be the person we are looking for!
As a Coordinator and English Teacher you will be responsible for:
Follow up and guiding your teachers in class preparation student evaluation and other events.
Carrying out follow-up of the students (progress attendance grades reports development meetings...).
Conducting evaluations at the end of each term/story.
Constant training to ensure excellence in your work.
Prepare your classes using Kids&Us lessons music games stories and arts and crafts.
Monitor your students progress and guide learners towards their goals.
Develop strong meaningful relationships with students their families and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
Communicate in an efficient effective and professional manner.
What skills and attitudes are we looking for
You have an Advanced or Proficiency level of English (C1).
You have previous experience at Kids&Us as a coordinator/teacher.
You love being in contact with children and teenagers and you enjoy sharing your knowledge and seeing how they learn.
You are a person with good communication and organizational skills.
You like to learn new things every day.
Working hours: 39h/week (from monday to friday)
