Tasks

• Build agentic workflows RAG pipelines and LLM integrations owning the process from initial architecture to final deployment.
• Translate business problems into AI solutions collaborating with stakeholders to determine the best fit between generative AI traditional ML or standard engineering.
• Treat AI pipelines with high rigor ensuring they are versioned observable idempotent and built on solid data foundations.
• Prioritize scalability security clean code and testability as core components of every solution.
• Drive quality in production by defining metrics running evals and detecting regressions to ensure continuous improvement beyond the launch phase.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with a focus on Python or similar languages.
• Experience with LLM orchestration (e.g. LangChain LlamaIndex) and vector databases.
• Proven ability to deploy and maintain production-grade data or AI pipelines.
• A product-oriented mindset with an interest in user experience.
