• Design hotel in a vibrant & dynamic atmosphere; by the founders of 25hours Hotels

• Innovative & established restaurant concept around Europe

• 5 working days / week with digital reporting of working hours

• Long season duration of up to 8 months with high occupancies

WHATS IN YOUR LUGGAGE

• Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality restaurant or hotel environment

• Passion for guest experience and creating a warm welcoming atmosphere

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized attentive and detail-oriented mindset

• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure

• Team player with a hands-on mentality

• Fluency in English and Spanish (German is a plus the more languages the better!)

WHATS YOUR JOB ABOUT

• Be the first point of contact: warmly welcome and farewell guests

• Manage reservations and seating plans efficiently

• Ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams

• Maintain a friendly professional and attentive atmosphere at all times

• Handle guest requests feedback and special needs with care

• Support the service team during peak times when needed

• Keep the entrance and reception area organized and inviting

• Represent the NENI spirit and Bikini Island vibe in every interaction
