Job Summary
Director of Payroll Systems
Location: Nashville TN (Onsite near airport) - Relocation Available
Industry: Pavement Preservation / Construction and Maintenance Services
Compensation: $110K $125K base bonus
Role requires some travel to sites.

Position OverviewThe Director of Payroll is a key member of the team and the primary source of financial payroll insight and planning discipline. The Director partners closely with the CFO and other executive team to support growth and value creation.
Key Responsibilities / Requirements Payroll Systems Planning & Leadership-
Clear understanding of multi-state payroll systems taxes worker compensation and more.

Knowledge of B2W UKG and VISTA platforms a big plus.

Prepare high-quality presentations.

Translate complex financial data into clear concise insights.

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field strongly preferred.

8 years of multi-state payroll taxes workers comp and more.

Experience working in high-growth acquisitive environments with complex capital structures.

Strong track record preparing board and investor materials.
