Controller

seeking a Controller to join our team at our Olathe KS headquarters. This is a

newly created role for a hands-on accounting leader who wants to build something not just

maintain it. You will own Logics financial infrastructure lead the month-end close process

and serve as the senior accounting voice in a growing organization. If you are energized by

Responsibilities:

Own the full monthly and annual close process including financial statement

preparation and balance sheet reconciliation

Produce location-level and consolidated P&L reporting and budget-to-actual variance

analysis across all six locations

Design and enforce internal controls across AP AR and general ledger functions

Manage sales tax compliance across approximately 37 states including Avalara

reconciliation

Oversee fixed assets prepaid amortization accruals and general ledger integrity in

NetSuite

Manage cash accounts bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliation

Supervise and develop the Accounting Manager and AP/AR Clerk

Manage relationships with outside accounting firms

Coordinate financial data for bank and lender reporting obligations

Preferred Experience:

5 years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrated ownership of month-end

close

Strong working knowledge of GAAP and experience managing internal controls

Multi-location operations and multi-state sales tax experience

Proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred

Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial audiences

CPA or CMA preferred but not required
