  • Responsible for designing implementing and optimizing Genesys Cloud CX contact center solutions.
  • Leads architecture for omnichannel routing (voice chat email messaging) IVR/ACD flows integrations and security.
  • Works closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable reliable and compliant cloud contact center platforms.

Required Skills:

Genesys Cloud CX Architect flows APIs & integrations SIP/VoIP omnichannel routing WEM (WFM/QM) cloud security.

  • Design and configure scalable routing solutions in Amazon Connect including contact flows queues routing profiles and skill-based routing; leverage Python (AWS Lambda) to ensure accurate call distribution and optimal customer journey handling
  • Implement and manage integrations supporting conversational IVR using Amazon Lex (good to have) along with APIs systems to enhance routing decisions and overall agent workflow without modifying the custom CCP
