Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

• Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary

Summary:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and key activities

• Support weekly/monthly meetings (staff metrics reviews leadership updates)

• Maintain program trackers calendars and documentation

• Monitor performance and support earned value management (EVM) risks and variances

• Maintain facilities and equipment plans for engineering teams

• Track and report on business execution metrics (CDRLs staffing quality on-time delivery etc.)

• Manage Risk Issue and Opportunity (RIO) tracking and reporting

• Lead project kickoffs Basis of Estimate (BOE) creation and leadership reviews

• Coordinate staffing onboarding and workforce planning activities

• Support employee engagement initiatives (events surveys recognition programs)

• Draft and publish internal communications (emails newsletters intranet updates)

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or related field

• 3 years of project management experience

• 3 years of experience in a cross-functional environment working with all levels including leadership

• Experience in business operations and process improvement

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools

• Experience supporting or working with engineering teams

• Experience managing projects related to production manufacturing or supply chain

• Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
